Evelyn Neier is an Associate Specialist in the Department of 4-H Youth Development with K-State Research and Extension. Evelyn works primarily with youth gardening and plant science projects, 4-H horticulture judging activities and the Kansas Community Garden Grants initiative. She chaired the steering committee for the Downing Children’s Garden at Botanica in Wichita. Evelyn did her undergraduate and graduate degree work at Kansas State University. She works and resides in Wichita.
